What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email
  • Provide accurate product/service information with empathy
  • Resolve issues efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Document interactions in the CRM and meet key performance goals

What You Need

  • Customer service experience (or transferable skills)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfort using computers and modern support tools
  • Bonus: call center or CRM experience (not required)
