Schedule
• Full-time, remote
• Monday through Friday
• Standard business hours (varies by region)
• Must be able to handle high call volume and multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do
• Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist customers with service needs
• Schedule repair appointments and route technicians based on skills and location
• Validate warranty coverage and provide updates on repair status
• Handle first-level customer complaints and escalate when appropriate
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service from start to finish

What You Need
• 2 years of previous call center experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Customer-focused mindset and desire to deliver top-tier service
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Comfort with computers and scheduling systems
