Schedule
• Remote role (not available in all states)
• Shift: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST / 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
• Quiet, confidential home workspace required
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) strongly preferred

Responsibilities
• Handle advanced and complex customer service inquiries across multiple channels
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions
• Serve as an escalation point for recurring or high-impact customer problems
• Support specialized Treasury Management tools, products, and processes
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with PNC’s CARES model
• Document customer interactions and complete service requests accurately
• Coach or mentor junior representatives as needed

Requirements
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Must meet all risk and compliance standards (FDIA Section 19, etc.)
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
