What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing clear, professional support to customers
⦁ Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
⦁ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication
⦁ Ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction by following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
⦁ Keep accurate records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and file documents as needed
⦁ Communicate via phone, email, and instant messaging, depending on client needs
⦁ Take the extra step to engage customers and provide a high-quality service experience
⦁ Handle ad hoc tasks and support other customer service duties as assigned
What You Need
⦁ At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (B2C or B2B)
⦁ Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (minimum B2 level)
⦁ Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
⦁ Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
⦁ Tech savvy and comfortable with tools like cloud services, CRM platforms, VoIP systems, and desktop sharing
⦁ Experience using word processing and spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Office)
⦁ Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
⦁ Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented work style
⦁ USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM
⦁ Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps
