⦁ Remote (United States)
⦁ Pay range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
⦁ Must meet work at home requirements: quiet workspace, 50 Mbps internet minimum, and a dedicated desk or flat surface and chair
⦁ Pre employment background check and drug screen required unless prohibited by state law
What You’ll Do
⦁ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining a positive, professional tone
⦁ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
⦁ Maintain departmental service level targets and support overall customer satisfaction goals
⦁ Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
⦁ Build basic product knowledge to better support customer requests
⦁ Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth customer experience
⦁ Handle additional duties as needed
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of customer service experience
⦁ Strong communication and active listening skills
⦁ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
⦁ Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ Customer first mindset and a passion for advocacy
