Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (with flexible or hybrid telecommuting options)
- Must have reliable high-speed internet: minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload (fiber, cable, or DSL only)

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from agents and customers about life insurance policies, product details, rates, and service issues
- Provide outbound support as needed to resolve requests
- Navigate multiple administrative systems to assist with claims, new business applications, and in-force transactions
- Document detailed and accurate notes for all interactions
- Deliver excellent service while problem-solving under pressure
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Prior customer service experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to retain information quickly
- Comfortable working with a diverse customer base
