What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Listen, troubleshoot, and provide clear, accurate information to customers
  • Access cardholder accounts to explain payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
  • Help with transaction questions, account status, and general inquiries
  • Process transactions in web-based applications and complete research requests accurately
  • Communicate with empathy while protecting confidentiality and staying compliant
  • Learn and follow client programs, policies, and internal tools
  • Support team coverage during peak periods or absences

What You Need

  • 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
  • Ability to pass background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Comfort with camera requirements for meetings and training
  • Dedicated home workspace (desk/chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download) and ability to complete an internet speed test
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications

  • Shift differential: $1.50/hour for hours worked between 6PM–6AM
  • Weekend differential: $1.00/hour (Sat–Sun, 6AM–6PM)
