- Requires availability for live chat, ticket handling, and email support during core business hours
What You’ll Do
- Respond to help desk tickets (Tier 0 & 1), escalate higher-tier issues, and ensure consistent documentation in CRM
- Manage live chat sessions, guide users through site navigation, recommend courses, and escalate sales inquiries
- Handle email support professionally and efficiently, escalating when needed and logging all communications
- Reconcile B2C and B2B payment issues (Stripe, AuthNet, PayPal)
- Support subscription management, customer retention, and cancellations
- Monitor subscription renewals, scholarship applications, and PayPal invoices
- Contribute to customer service procedures, weekly team meetings, and special projects
- Draft mass email communications and maintain up-to-date customer records across platforms
What You Need
- Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic technical troubleshooting
- Customer-first attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach

- Internet: Primary (15 Mbps) and Backup (10 Mbps)
- Devices: Intel i5/i3 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM minimum
- Webcam, USB noise-canceling headset, smartphone
