Schedule
- Full-time, remote work from home
- Paid training provided
- Camera use required during training, team meetings, and management check-ins
Responsibilities
- Handle high volume inbound calls, directing customers to the appropriate department as needed
- Provide excellent service while updating account details and explaining contract information
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving skills
- Maintain professionalism and communication during calls and meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, reasoning, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quiet, dedicated workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (background check required)
