Schedule
- Full-time role
- Sunday–Thursday, 10:30am – 9:00pm ET
- 100% Remote (equipment provided)
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests (adding/removing vehicles or drivers, updating lienholder info, sending policy docs, etc.)
- Answer customer questions about coverages, benefits, and policy changes
- Retain policyholders by finding solutions for at-risk customers
What You Need
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle sensitive conversations with empathy
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (paid for by Jerry within 60 days of starting)
