Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Must reside in Pacific Time Zone
- Shifts during standard business hours (specific schedule assigned)
Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, web chat, internet, or written correspondence
- Engage members with personalized support, building trust and anticipating needs
- Educate members on plan details, benefits, cost tools, and self-service resources
- Resolve issues independently and escalate as appropriate
- Provide claim status, coverage interpretations, and eligibility details
- Support members with grievances, appeals, and claim referrals
- Document and track all interactions using internal systems
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to improve service delivery
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
- Customer service experience in call center, retail, or transaction-based setting (preferred)
- Must reside in Pacific Standard Time Zone
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
