What You’ll Do
- Manage help desk tickets: resolve Tier 0 and 1 issues, escalate higher-level tickets, and ensure consistent documentation in CRM
- Provide real-time support via live chat: answer questions, troubleshoot issues, guide customers, and recommend services
- Respond promptly to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy
- Process payments, cancellations, and account requests, escalating when needed
- Monitor subscription renewals and support onboarding of new clients when required
- Track feedback, escalate course ratings under 4 stars, and collaborate with content teams for improvements
- Identify opportunities from reports and abandoned carts, sharing leads with Sales
- Draft and send subscriber emails on updates or relevant topics
- Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes
What You Need
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving responsibilities
