What You’ll Do

  • Manage help desk tickets: resolve Tier 0 and 1 issues, escalate higher-level tickets, and ensure consistent documentation in CRM
  • Provide real-time support via live chat: answer questions, troubleshoot issues, guide customers, and recommend services
  • Respond promptly to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process payments, cancellations, and account requests, escalating when needed
  • Monitor subscription renewals and support onboarding of new clients when required
  • Track feedback, escalate course ratings under 4 stars, and collaborate with content teams for improvements
  • Identify opportunities from reports and abandoned carts, sharing leads with Sales
  • Draft and send subscriber emails on updates or relevant topics
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes

What You Need

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving responsibilities
