📋 What You’ll Own
• Simulate realistic customer service scenarios with an AI model
• Evaluate tone, resolution accuracy, and engagement quality
• Identify and document model error patterns in real-time
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and QA metrics
• Test the AI across live chat, billing, tech support, and conflict resolution


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in customer service, tech support, QA, or call center ops
• Comfortable using helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and analytical thinking
• Degree in business, communications, or related field (preferred)
• Able to clearly document logic and explain “how you think”
