What You’ll Do
- Simulate realistic support conversations with AI models across multiple channels
- Challenge models with tasks including troubleshooting, billing inquiries, refunds, and upsell/cross-sell interactions
- Evaluate professionalism, tone, and accuracy of responses
- Document reproducible errors and suggest improvements to AI reasoning
- Help strengthen AI understanding of CRM systems, call center operations, and ticket workflows
What You Need
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- Experience in customer support, helpdesk platforms, or support QA
- Strong knowledge of customer communication, de-escalation, and issue resolution
- Familiarity with CRM systems, omnichannel communication, and support ticketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear reasoning
