Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward customers at all times
  • Communicate with customers via phone, web, and in some cases in-person
  • Build relationships to ensure client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, comments, and complaints
  • Process orders and forms as needed
  • Stay current with company offerings to provide customers the best solutions

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong communication skills with ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Computer proficiency
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs
