Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward customers at all times
- Communicate with customers via phone, web, and in some cases in-person
- Build relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, comments, and complaints
- Process orders and forms as needed
- Stay current with company offerings to provide customers the best solutions
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Computer proficiency
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
- Flexible availability to meet business needs
