About the Role

Cennox is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Agent to provide first-level support to customers and Field Service Technicians. This role blends customer service expertise with sales skills, handling inbound and outbound calls while upselling products and services to meet customer needs. You’ll thrive here if you can multitask, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and deliver clear, professional communication.

This position is part of a 24/7/365 call center, so schedule flexibility is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, upselling products and services related to customer safe issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns and service-related inquiries efficiently.
  • Address accounting and invoice-related issues.
  • Ensure issues are resolved correctly the first time to minimize repeat calls.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • PC proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
  • Ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate databases.
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
