Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Paid training provided
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including phones, emails, correspondence, and service appointments
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
- Dispatch technicians promptly and adjust schedules to handle emergencies or last-minute changes
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records for documents, invoices, and client files
- Process customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Assist with Client CRM setup and implementation
- Support company growth with additional administrative and service tasks
Requirements
- Experience in dispatching, ideally in plumbing, HVAC, or related service industries
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching tools such as ServiceTitan
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with service industry terminology and workflows preferred
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and receptiveness to coaching
Compensation & Perks
- $13/hour starting pay
- Paid training with a supportive remote team
- 40 hours paid sick time in the first year
