Schedule
- Remote, seasonal role (October–December 2025)
- Must reside in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
- Full-time shifts with leadership responsibilities across customer service operations
What You’ll Do
- Monitor real-time contact center activity and reallocate resources as needed
- Ensure customer service SLAs and metrics are consistently met
- Lead daily team meetings and communicate goals across sites
- Provide real-time support to global service teams and answer escalations
- Track and assign projects across teams to maintain coverage for specialty queues
- Produce daily reports and coordinate updates with Quality, Training, and Communications
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in retail or eCommerce customer service
- 1+ year experience managing SLAs and interpreting contact center data
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides; Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork in a fast-paced environment
