What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily service levels (SLAs) and manage coverage across phone, chat, and email
  • Lead shift-wide communications and standups across global contact center sites
  • Provide real-time support and cross-functional coordination
  • Track performance data, produce daily huddle decks, and communicate key updates
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management to ensure project coverage
  • Contribute to process improvements and seasonal projects as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in eCommerce or retail customer service
  • 1+ year managing SLAs in a contact center environment
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills
  • Comfort with data tools (Google Workspace); Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently while fostering team connection
