$16-$17/hr – Remote CSR – Customer Service Specialists (Work From Home)

Located in Ocala, FL

Salary: $16.00/hour

REMOTE CSR – Customer Service Specialist

  • Can you type at least 30wpm?
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Do you want to work remote from home and have a quiet place at home to work?
  • Must live in the Marion County area.
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay rate: $16.00/hr for first 90 days then $17.00/hour

Schedule:

  • Training for the first 4 weeks will be Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm
  • After that they will give you your schedule. Must be available from M-F 7:30am- 9:00pm.
  • ***You can not miss any days of training or you will be released.***

This is a full time 30-40 hours a week position. We will provide the equipment but you must have internet and ability to plug it directly into the modem, not wifi hotspot. This is a full time long term position answering inbound calls and helping Lenders.

Must have great customer service skills and phone voice. Must be able to use and understand M.S Office Word/Excel and Type 30+wpm. Company will utilize ZOOM training calls so must understand how to use zoom and dress appropriate for the position. There will be a camera attached to the computer as you will still need to be professional and in a nice area that is quiet and not distracting.
