Since launching in March 2020, we have helped thousands of guys test their hormones and connect with leading specialists all over the country.

The men who inquire about our products and services range from curious first-timers to those who have been on hormone replacement therapy for years and have a sophisticated understanding of dosages, delivery methods, and the physiology of how the medicine works in their body. We are looking for someone who can speak their language and make them feel comfortable making a change in how and from whom they get their medication. The perfect candidate would have experience with hormone optimization and customer support.

We are growing faster than anticipated and we are currently seeking an energetic Customer Service Specialist. This person should be entrepreneurial, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and focused on customer satisfaction and success. Our team’s number one priority is to give our customers a world-class experience!

This position can be 100% remote, but love it if you were located in NYC.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute the onboarding process to nurture new patients
  • Provide detailed information and insight into Hone products and services
  • Manage and respond to customer service requests through all channels
  • Help create and improve processes to streamline customer success functions
  • Champion existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle contacts through various contact channels like Phone, Email, SMS messaging, etc, using our CRM platforms
  • Should be flexible to work off-hours and on weekends/holidays as needed
  • Job responsibilities may change

Requirements

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-4+ years of customer service experience in a remote or in-person contact center environment, handling a high volume of contacts
  • Experience with customer service tools like Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal, client service, communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
  • Must be able to handle ambiguity with ease
  • A self-starter that likes to be part of innovative, mission-driven environments
  • Intellectually curious and always striving to improve customer outcomes
  • Background in health care customer service is preferred, and background or personal experience with hormone optimization is a huge plus!
