- Remote position (work from home)
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
- Full-time role with two evening shifts per week (12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. CST and 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CST)
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
- Pay range: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle incoming calls from customers regarding account questions, providing clear, accurate information and performing callbacks as needed
⦁ Process routine over-the-phone payments and advise customers on available self-service tools such as online portals, IVR, and other payment methods
⦁ Explain interest, statements, and account details in a way customers can understand, maintaining professionalism and accuracy
⦁ Recognize delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and direct calls to the right internal teams, using company resources to aim for one-call resolution
⦁ Assist with department administrative tasks, including working reports, emails, and occasional in-office tasks if required
⦁ Support new hire training by allowing shadowing, sharing knowledge, and providing feedback on progress to management
⦁ Adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain focus under pressure while delivering high-quality customer service
What You Need
⦁ Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field OR relevant, applicable experience
⦁ Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet navigation, and email
⦁ Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle stressful conversations using tact and diplomacy
⦁ Solid typing skills and high attention to detail
⦁ Ability to take direction, work well with others, and perform accurately under deadlines
⦁ Reliable availability for required evening and periodic Saturday shifts
