Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote (locations include ME, MO, AR, WV, SC, UT, DE, IN, OK, NH, FL)
- Standard business hours with required availability for inbound call coverage
What You’ll Do
- Answer 40–60 inbound phone calls daily with accuracy and professionalism
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with clear communication
- Navigate 10–15 systems simultaneously while handling calls
- Research and resolve product-related issues with attention to confidentiality
- Educate customers on additional services and product features
- Participate in ongoing training and provide support to team members when needed
- Consistently meet or exceed service standards and performance goals
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with computers and multitasking across platforms
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must complete a background check and drug screening
