Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (eligible states only)
- Paid 6-week training (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm ET) – attendance required
- Post-training schedules differ; majority are 2nd shift
- Must work one weekend shift per week
- Customer service hours: 7:00am–1:00am ET
- Additional hours and holiday availability required
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls with high energy and professionalism
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Personalize the experience for each caller while handling high call volumes
- Promote additional products and provide solutions that fit customer needs
- De-escalate unique situations and problem-solve in real time
- Navigate multiple systems/screens while documenting accurately
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
Requirements
- Must reside in FL, GA, NC, SC, TX, VA, or the greater Boise, ID area
- Self-provided Windows-based PC or laptop (no older than 3 years)
- High-speed wired internet connection (no satellite, mobile, or dial-up)
- Compatible headset (specs provided by QVC)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues; IT support available as backup
- Comfortable with video interactions (training, interviews, team meetings)
- Available for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer styles
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
- Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years
- Monthly Pay-for-Performance incentive bonuses available
