Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (eligible states only)
  • Paid 6-week training (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm ET) – attendance required
  • Post-training schedules differ; majority are 2nd shift
  • Must work one weekend shift per week
  • Customer service hours: 7:00am–1:00am ET
  • Additional hours and holiday availability required

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with high energy and professionalism
  • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
  • Personalize the experience for each caller while handling high call volumes
  • Promote additional products and provide solutions that fit customer needs
  • De-escalate unique situations and problem-solve in real time
  • Navigate multiple systems/screens while documenting accurately
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues independently

Requirements

  • Must reside in FL, GA, NC, SC, TX, VA, or the greater Boise, ID area
  • Self-provided Windows-based PC or laptop (no older than 3 years)
  • High-speed wired internet connection (no satellite, mobile, or dial-up)
  • Compatible headset (specs provided by QVC)
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues; IT support available as backup
  • Comfortable with video interactions (training, interviews, team meetings)
  • Available for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer styles

Compensation

  • Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
  • Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years
  • Monthly Pay-for-Performance incentive bonuses available
