Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote with preference for candidates in Albany or Latham, NY
  • Standard weekday business hours with flexibility as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Associates to meet departmental goals
  • Manage escalated calls and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Assist with planning and implementing call center strategy, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, schedule compliance, and timecard maintenance
  • Prepare client-ready and internal reports on call center performance
  • Partner with Quality and Training teams to improve call flow, scripting, and associate development
  • Foster a motivating, team-oriented work environment that drives engagement and results
  • Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to ensure service excellence

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 3 years of inbound call center or customer care experience required
  • Prior supervisory experience in a healthcare, insurance, or account management environment strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of vision insurance industry a plus
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
