What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of 8 offshore customer service representatives
- Handle complex customer inquiries and deliver timely solutions
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide feedback
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency
- Partner with other departments for seamless customer experience
- Troubleshoot issues and advocate for Promenade products
What You Need
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience in customer service, customer support, or related industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Friendly, empathetic, and optimistic demeanor
