Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
  • Hours of Operation: 8:00am–11:30pm EST, Monday–Sunday
  • Schedule changes every 3 months and is performance-based
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • High-speed internet required (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
  • Internet requirement: 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • A work computer will be provided (you’ll need a desktop/laptop to complete testing)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customer service and technical support via inbound/outbound calls and/or online
  • Use a call flow guide to support customers in their preferred language (English or Spanish)
  • Troubleshoot routine technical issues (hardware, software, and client products)
  • Track, document, and retrieve customer information in databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of tech products (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables)
  • Deliver clear, friendly support while keeping the experience professional and efficient

What You Need

  • Fluent Spanish and English (read, write, speak)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfort using, explaining, and learning new technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions
  • Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
  • U.S. residency with a valid U.S. address
  • Availability to work within the stated hours (including evenings/weekends as scheduled)
