What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls and answer questions about service plans, upgrades, add-ons, and billing
- Perform basic troubleshooting for telecom/mobile device issues
- Listen actively, show empathy, and resolve concerns with patience
- De-escalate challenging calls while staying calm and professional
- Identify opportunities to upsell or enhance accounts with relevant products/services
- Work collaboratively within a call center team environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required for upload verification)
- 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-centered call center setting
- Comfortable using company-issued equipment (webcam, desktop, mouse, keyboard, etc.)
- Broadband internet (DSL/Cable only, no satellite/dial-up/wireless/5G)
- Hardwired connection required with minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
