What You’ll Do

  • Take inbound calls and answer questions about service plans, upgrades, add-ons, and billing
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for telecom/mobile device issues
  • Listen actively, show empathy, and resolve concerns with patience
  • De-escalate challenging calls while staying calm and professional
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or enhance accounts with relevant products/services
  • Work collaboratively within a call center team environment

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (required for upload verification)
  • 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-centered call center setting
  • Comfortable using company-issued equipment (webcam, desktop, mouse, keyboard, etc.)
  • Broadband internet (DSL/Cable only, no satellite/dial-up/wireless/5G)
  • Hardwired connection required with minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
