You’d be working according to schedule, from Monday till Sunday (5 days a week) in 8-hour shifts that start from 7 AM and finish at 7 PM.

Key responsibilities

  • responding to inquiries and educating our customers on our products by chat and email
  • troubleshooting problems for customers
  • coordinating solutions with IT and management
  • helping customers build successful businesses
  • handling onboarding calls with customers

You may be the perfect fit if you

  • have excellent language skills in English and Portuguese (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Polish, German, French or Russian would be an asset
  • have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
  • have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
  • have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
  • are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
  • are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
