This full-time role supports clients around the world—providing fast, professional, and personalized service to ensure smooth onboarding and top-tier customer support.


Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to inquiries via email and live chat about Xapo’s products and services
• Guide prospective members through onboarding—via dashboard monitoring and Zoom calls
• Handle back-end queue management and account monitoring
• Deliver fast, friendly, and thorough customer service
• Track key metrics using internal dashboards


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in customer support (remote or fintech a big plus)
• Strong communication skills in English (multilingual preferred)
• Comfortable using tools like CRMs, Jira, Slack, and Confluence
• Familiarity with crypto and banking products is ideal
• Tech-savvy with a proactive, self-starter mindset
