Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of HighLevel software.
- Translate customer needs into tailored implementation and migration plans.
- Deliver training through webinars, workshops, and playbooks.
- Follow up with accounts to ensure adoption and long-term success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product features and customer experience.
- Handle support requests during onboarding and escalate when necessary.
- Track and exceed customer engagement, renewal, and satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years in customer success, software implementation, consulting, or technical support.
- Experience with HighLevel or similar SaaS solutions.
- Strong technical skills with integrations and platform management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Bonus: Marketing background or prior consulting experience.
