What You’ll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in predictive analytics, operations and maintenance, chemical engineering, and asset performance management for process and manufacturing industries
- Act as the primary customer point of contact and trusted advisor, understanding workflows, KPIs, and pain points
- Drive platform adoption and value capture by coaching customers to become self-sufficient in reviewing and responding to alerts
- Identify and execute value opportunities with customers through continuous collaboration
- Deliver in-depth customer training and handle platform inquiries to strengthen user capability
- Translate customer business goals into clear success plans tied to the value they receive from UptimeAI
- Identify additional use cases and features to expand customer value
- Resolve customer needs efficiently and contribute to internal process improvements
- Engage customers and prospects in person for operational workshops
- Create case studies and value stories to support internal teams
- Apply and discuss maintenance strategy concepts including RCM, FMEA, and condition monitoring in process equipment
- Partner with the product team to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer business needs
What You Need
- Domain expertise in process industries with strong understanding of operations, maintenance, chemical engineering, or mechanical reliability in oil and gas, chemicals, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with reliability frameworks and practices such as RCM, FMEA, and condition monitoring
- Familiarity with Asset Performance Management (APM)
- Ability to translate technical insights into business value, including cost savings and risk reduction
- Data analysis capability to troubleshoot issues and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong communication and training skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly and guide users toward self-sufficiency
- Experience leading adoption of new technology or business initiatives and driving successful rollout
