Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (must be located in Jacksonville, FL)
  • Standard call center hours with flexibility required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist customers with loan information, inquiries, and resolutions
  • Provide accurate, timely information while maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Explain policies and procedures clearly and help customers find solutions
  • Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met
  • Adhere to schedules, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Maintain punctual attendance and comply with company policies

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0–1 year of related customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
