Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must be located in Jacksonville, FL)
- Standard call center hours with flexibility required
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist customers with loan information, inquiries, and resolutions
- Provide accurate, timely information while maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Explain policies and procedures clearly and help customers find solutions
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met
- Adhere to schedules, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines
- Maintain punctual attendance and comply with company policies
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–1 year of related customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
