What You’ll Do
- Onboard and support customers launching new construction projects in Touchplan®
- Train users on best practices and manage ongoing client engagement
- Handle project and product-related questions with urgency and professionalism
- Advocate for UI/UX improvements based on customer feedback
- Drive usage, adoption, and retention among new and existing clients
- Collaborate with team members to shape product development and customer success strategy
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Exposure to Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with enterprise software tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong sense of empathy and a passion for helping clients succeed
- Team mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
Bonus Skills
- Experience in construction management, architecture, engineering, or project controls
- Familiarity with Lean Construction or the Last Planner System
Benefits
- $55,000–$65,000 annual salary range
