Schedule
- Full-time, remote position within the continental U.S.
- Open to candidates based in New York, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, or Seattle
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of banking clients and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels
- Troubleshoot platform issues, handling urgent escalations and real-time problem solving
- Lead contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize customer requests
- Deliver training sessions and create documentation to support user adoption
- Manage ticket flow, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution
- Plan customer events and user conferences to strengthen engagement
What You Need
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate complex situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change
- U.S. work authorization and residency within the continental United States
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
- B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Familiarity with platform integrations or technical troubleshooting
- Contract negotiation and renewal experience
