Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Preferred working hours aligned with U.S. time zones
  • Offices in New York, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Seattle for optional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of banking clients, from frontline staff to executives, ensuring they successfully adopt and maximize the platform
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and maintain strong relationships
  • Handle escalated support issues, often resolving them live on calls
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations and identify upsell opportunities with sales
  • Advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams
  • Train bank employees on best practices during and after implementation
  • Manage support ticket flow and ensure timely resolution
  • Plan and execute customer events such as annual summits and user conferences
  • Step in to support implementations during busy periods
  • Create and maintain release notes to keep customers informed of updates
  • Navigate challenging client relationships with professionalism and composure

Requirements

  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude to troubleshoot platform issues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate sensitive situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and context-switch effectively
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with genuine care for customer success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech
  • Background in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
  • Familiarity with contract negotiations and renewals
  • Technical understanding of platform integrations and functionality
