What You’ll Do
- Conduct onboarding calls with medical practices and guide them through registration and setup
- Manage office accounts and maintain data integrity in Salesforce and Outreach
- Oversee practices post-launch (first 90 days) to ensure adoption and engagement
- Present and activate new features for customers during check-ins
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and launch new customer locations
- Partner with the Account Management team on special projects to improve client engagement strategies
- Provide feedback on practice performance and process improvements for scalability
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, new client implementation, or related roles (healthcare or pharma a plus)
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoom/Google Hangouts
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a results-driven mindset
