Description :

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing a world-class customer experience to our customers. The CSM will be the primary point of contact for all customer-facing functions, including but not limited to onboarding, account management, and customer support. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to generate referrals and new business that builds upon existing customer relationships.

Requirements :

  1. Own the customer experience with all customers (B2C and B2B) – from onboarding through the retention
  2. Develop and execute a strategy to generate referrals and new business that builds upon existing customer relationships
  3. Manage key accounts (max 10) including account management, revenue forecasting, and strategic communications
  4. Own the relationship with the assigned sales representative(s)
  5. Manage any issues/complaints in a timely manner to ensure timely resolution
  6. Continually improve the customer experience through feedback loops
  7. Ask follow up questions to gather more information if needed; escalate issues as needed
  8. Escalate complex issues to the Product Manager or Engineering when necessary
  9. Assist in training new hires on how to handle customer inquiries
