Description :
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing a world-class customer experience to our customers. The CSM will be the primary point of contact for all customer-facing functions, including but not limited to onboarding, account management, and customer support. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to generate referrals and new business that builds upon existing customer relationships.
Requirements :
- Own the customer experience with all customers (B2C and B2B) – from onboarding through the retention
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate referrals and new business that builds upon existing customer relationships
- Manage key accounts (max 10) including account management, revenue forecasting, and strategic communications
- Own the relationship with the assigned sales representative(s)
- Manage any issues/complaints in a timely manner to ensure timely resolution
- Continually improve the customer experience through feedback loops
- Ask follow up questions to gather more information if needed; escalate issues as needed
- Escalate complex issues to the Product Manager or Engineering when necessary
- Assist in training new hires on how to handle customer inquiries
