What You’ll Do
- Conduct check-ins, business reviews, and account audits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and manage relationships with high-value clients, setting clear expectations and delivering tailored solutions
- Lead seamless client implementations, onboarding, and integrations
- Share best practices, strategies, and product insights with clients and internal teams
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product and process improvements
- Configure and validate customer accounts to meet business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
- Identify growth opportunities by driving adoption and proactive client training
- Consult with clients on feature roadmaps and product enhancements
- Resolve challenges with professionalism, collaboration, and technical acumen
- Stay up to date on product releases and communicate updates effectively
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience (preferred)
- 5+ years in a customer-facing or implementation role within SaaS
- Strong bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive customer issues with tact and diplomacy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Prior experience with HighLevel or similar platforms (preferred)
