  • Preferred availability: 8 AM – 5 PM EST to align with European partners

What You’ll Do

  • Lead new customer onboarding and implementation in partnership with Sales and Account Management
  • Proactively improve onboarding processes to shorten time-to-value and enhance the customer experience
  • Set strategic direction for customer use of Limble CMMS through best practices
  • Deliver training, education, and documentation to support long-term success
  • Define measurable goals and hold both Limble and the customer accountable for outcomes
  • Identify risks and opportunities within customer organizations and recommend solutions
  • Facilitate regular conversations to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform
  • Escalate at-risk accounts, ensuring visibility and proactive internal communication

What You Need

  • Prior experience as a B2B Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in SaaS
  • Strong background in onboarding and implementation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
  • Conflict resolution, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Resourceful, creative, and strategic problem-solver
  • Self-directed, fast learner with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Background in equipment maintenance, machinery, or manufacturing
  • Fluency in Spanish or French
