Responsibilities

  • Guide customers from onboarding through go-live, ensuring a seamless launch.
  • Provide training, consultation, and best-practice recommendations for the GoSpotCheck platform.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Deliver managed services support, helping customers maximize use of the platform.
  • Analyze customer data and processes, surfacing actionable insights.
  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and expansion of customer accounts.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B customer management experience (Enterprise portfolio a plus).
  • Strong background working with executives and senior leadership.
  • Experience handling multiple customer-facing projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing customer portfolios.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Bonus: Experience in Image Recognition/AI or beer, wine, and spirits industry.
