Responsibilities
- Guide customers from onboarding through go-live, ensuring a seamless launch.
- Provide training, consultation, and best-practice recommendations for the GoSpotCheck platform.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Deliver managed services support, helping customers maximize use of the platform.
- Analyze customer data and processes, surfacing actionable insights.
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and expansion of customer accounts.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of B2B customer management experience (Enterprise portfolio a plus).
- Strong background working with executives and senior leadership.
- Experience handling multiple customer-facing projects with measurable outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing customer portfolios.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Bonus: Experience in Image Recognition/AI or beer, wine, and spirits industry.
