What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support
• Build strong client relationships, learn their goals, and drive success outcomes
• Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure smooth product/service implementation
• Conduct product demos and training sessions tailored to client needs
• Monitor customer health and engagement to identify churn risks and growth opportunities
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Advocate for customers internally to resolve issues quickly
• Coordinate with Product and Technical teams to address feedback and improve user experience
• Track and report on key metrics (NPS, churn, customer satisfaction)
• Provide insights to leadership on trends and improvement opportunities
What You Need
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
• SaaS, e-commerce, or finance experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and CS tools (Gainsight, Totango)
• Comfort using data to guide decisions
• Customer-first mindset and genuine drive to help people win
