Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role with company-sponsored visits to headquarters in Southfield, MI

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of dealership and franchise accounts
  • Conduct strategic account reviews and maintain ongoing communication with clients
  • Drive feature adoption and guide customers through renewals, upgrades, and service changes
  • Act as a liaison across Support, Product, Billing, and Sales teams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on how Clarity’s platform supports dealership and franchise operations
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce for visibility and continuity

What You Need

  • 3–5 years of B2B customer service or customer success experience
  • Direct experience working with dealerships or franchises
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • High emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and accountability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value

Preferred

  • Telecom, VoIP, or SaaS industry experience
  • Familiarity with dealership CRMs or franchise systems
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoho Desk, or similar tools
  • Sales or consultative selling background
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
