Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States

Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new enterprise accounts, ensuring activation, adoption, and product utilization.
- Support key accounts post-onboarding with training, coaching, and ongoing success management.
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted consultant to small businesses in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other service industries.
- Communicate trends and client feedback to cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering, support).
- Identify expansion opportunities, recommend improvements, and proactively enhance the Pro experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge and solution-oriented thinking.
- Track details, timelines, and KPIs to improve efficiency and deliver value.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in customer success, implementation, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven success developing customer relationships and exceeding performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Credibility with service Pros in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, or related trades
