Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (Texas residents only)
  • 8-hour shifts between 8 AM–8 PM local time, including rotating Saturdays
  • Schedules may shift based on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver empathetic, personalized customer service to clients
  • Identify and save at-risk customers through tailored solutions
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat
  • Collaborate across Sales and Partner teams to ensure smooth client experiences
  • Achieve performance goals (call time, satisfaction, retention, and more)
  • Provide product knowledge and hearing health education

What You Need

  • Empathy and a customer-first mindset
  • 2+ years of tenure in recent roles (preferred)
  • Growth mindset—comfortable with new tech and systems (Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, etc.)
  • Must be located in Texas and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable, hardwired internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
  • Hear.com provides laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Ethernet cable
