Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote within the U.S. (Texas applicants preferred)
- 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch, scheduled between 8AM–8PM local time
- Rotating Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
- Identify at-risk customers and use solutions to rebuild trust and increase retention
- Meet service KPIs (call time, first-call resolution, retention, satisfaction)
- Manage high call volume across inbound, outbound, email, and chat
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service
- Act as liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants
- Offer knowledge and advice on hearing loss solutions
What You Need
- Strong empathy and customer-first mindset
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new systems (Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, Chrome)
- Reliable wired internet (100Mbps down, 20Mbps up minimum)
- Equipment provided (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable)
- Track record of role stability (2+ years tenure preferred in recent roles)
