Having the right professionals on Soothe’s platform is critical to ensuring our B2B partnerships are successful. In the Provider Engagement Specialist role specifically, you’ll work one-on-one with Soothe’s Providers across the country, ensuring a continuous supply of qualified Massage Therapists as well as Skincare and Beauty providers. Your primary focus will involve outreach to our current community of providers (both active and passive). You will drive awareness of Soothe’s growing partnerships, and help these professionals understand their potential income opportunity by providing their services to reputable businesses.

Requirements
Essential Functions:

Grow and foster high-touch relationships with Soothe’s database of qualified active and passive providers to pull from as new hospitality and corporate wellness partnerships are developed
Clearly communicate the value of Soothe’s platform and its newest Hospitality, Spa and Corporate Wellness partnerships
Proactively maintain communication channels with providers via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Call dormant pros to drive re-activation of the platform, driving retention
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, consulting role, or similar customer-facing roles
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage, utilize, and prioritize your time and efforts
Understanding and experience working with Salesforce
