Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Remote, US-based only
What You’ll Do
- Lead customer onboarding and education to ensure smooth adoption of features
- Build long-term relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to customers
- Monitor customer health scores and usage data to reduce churn
- Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and uncover trends
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansions in partnership with Sales
- Share insights and best practices with the Customer Success team
What You Need
- 1–2 years in Customer Success, account management, or support (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of retention and churn reduction strategies
- Detail-oriented problem solver with time management skills
- Experience with CRM or CSP tools (HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with compliance management technology
- Ability to quickly learn and master new platforms
