Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (Texas-based applicants preferred)
- 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch, between 8 AM–8 PM local time
- Includes rotating Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent service across phone, email, and chat support
- Identify at-risk customers, rebuild trust, and create personalized solutions to retain them
- Meet and exceed service metrics including call time, first-call resolution, and satisfaction scores
- Handle high call volume with empathy and professionalism
- Offer knowledgeable advice on hearing loss and available solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants and partners to deliver seamless experiences
- Share feedback to help improve customer experience and processes
What You Need
- Customer-first mindset with strong empathy and active listening skills
- Growth-oriented attitude and adaptability to new systems (Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, Chrome)
- Reliable high-speed internet (download 100 Mbps+, upload 20 Mbps+) with hardwired connection
- Commitment to long-term career growth (minimum 2 years’ tenure in recent roles preferred)
