- Collaborate virtually with a cross-functional team across time zones
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients post-implementation
- Guide training admins through onboarding and best practices for using our LMS
- Respond to inquiries and service requests using Salesforce
- Monitor LMS usage to identify engagement gaps and proactively share resources
- Deliver tailored solutions based on client goals, staff size, and compliance needs
- Document client interactions, troubleshoot steps, and success metrics accurately
- Partner with Technical Support, Product, and Implementation teams to resolve issues
What You Need
- 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Support, or Client Training
- Experience with LMS or EdTech platforms (preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfort with CRMs like Salesforce and tools like MS Office Suite
- Understanding of compliance training or regulated industries (banking/insurance a plus)
- Familiarity with eLearning formats (SCORM, video, assessments)
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams
